We've got a shio pan obsession. Soft, buttery buns with a sea-salt crust. Then we baked nostalgic Asian flavours and toppings into everything else, for fun: croissants, puff pastries and scrolls, sweet or savoury. Trays come out through the day, so most of it's still warm when you get it.
